Biltong is an all-natural process of preserving meat that originated in South Africa. We slice premium rump or hindquarter beef into strips, cure them with vinegar and spices, and air-dry them to retain full flavor and tenderness.
Pork scratchings are traditional crispy pork rinds deep-fried in lard for a classic crunch. Pork Crunch is a lighter version made from the rind that puffs up during frying for a crispier, airier texture.
